Has anyone ever told you bad news? What about the gospel? What is the difference or is there a difference?
Good news – anything or information we like, content, check us out, is safe.
Bad news – the opposite
There seems to be a difference between good news and bad news. Read.
Have you ever received bad news but got better than expected results? Have you heard good news and over time what you thought was good viralmagazinehub turned out to be good news?
Let me tell you from personal experience that I tried all four –
This is good news
Bad news is bad news.
I thought it was good but it turned out to be bad news.
What was supposed to be bad news turned out to be good news.
Am I still confused? I find over time confused about the difference between two seemingly contradictory statements. But I’ve learned that sometimes bad news for one person can be good news for another. And good news for one person can turn into bad news over time.
I am confused? let me explain
After all, it’s just news, what makes it bad, good, or fair isn’t news. But how do we perceive it, evaluate it, evaluate it, or interact with it?
How do you separate the bad news from the good, you may ask? Or, conversely, how can good news be considered bad news?
In short – each of us has different histories, experiences, beliefs, and values. As a result, no one sees the same thing or situation the same way.
An anxious, negative, pessimistic, or anxious person may view procrastination as a bad thing when the other person has things that you can or cannot control. If you can control or control, you will be busy.
Everything that happened in the end is happening now. We interpret it according to our hopes, goals, needs, or ideas. All of these are unique to each of us.
Let me give you a personal example. And even if you don’t have the same situation if you look at the description, you can help if you think about it.
Prior to my speaking and coaching career I was a National Sales Manager for a global organization. Long story short, I had a problem with my boss and the boss and why. So he fired me, bad news, right? All it took was that I decided it was time to embark on a 40-year career that allowed me to see the world (25 countries) and work with amazing clients and audiences. This bad news eventually turned into good news.
Another fast one
Last year I asked my wife and she said yes. Good news, isn’t it? (Please don’t judge here.) After more than fifteen years of doing my best. I decided to leave. And why the horrific details of the relationship eroded my self-esteem, confidence, and optimism. And I decided that I didn’t like the guy I was in a relationship with. We drifted apart – but we drifted. The good news is that I will do everything I can – over time – to recover what I have lost – emotionally and spiritually.
We all have our own stories. We can list the good and bad news we receive. But in the end, it’s just news.
In my company program, I share this simple idea – stop asking your employees about the good news or the bad news – just ask them about the famousnewsmag and decide which one. Because their definitions may be very different from yours.
On the other hand – don’t broadcast as CEO or manager – I have good news or bad news – Tell your employees that you have news and tell everyone their personal thoughts, views, ideas, experiences, expectations and the basis for how they were asked to explain it. Does it affect them personally?
