Set in the influential New York City music scene of the early 1960s, “Complete Unknown” chronicles the meteoric rise of 19-year-old Minnesota musician Bob Dylan as a folk singer who took to concert halls and the top of the charts. His songs and his mystery became a worldwide sensation. The climax was his groundbreaking performance of electric rock and roll at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965.
