Chronology
When he learns of his mother’s death, Thomas returns to Brazil with his partner Beni and is told that he now owns a country house that belonged to a grandmother he never met. Curious to connect with their family history, they visit the house and Thomas is greeted by two aunts who treat him like a long-lost child. As Thomas becomes more and more enchanted by the place, he is forced to leave the house and finds himself in awe of the past.
