KJ and Dan struggle to get along. After several years of strained relationships, a couple goes to a friend’s house for the weekend to rekindle their romance… and find a dying, but not quite dead, mouse stuck in a glue trap. They disagree on how to deal with it, KJ advocates a quick death, while Dan suggests making the last minutes of the mouse’s life as pleasant as possible. The couple compromises and moves on, slowly finding their way to each other in this idyllic setting. Unfortunately, their peace is disturbed by the arrival of a small woman who can be condescendingly called “eccentric” – she is the younger sister of their owner and had no idea that someone was staying in the family house. It’s okay if it crashes, right? As the couple do their best to keep this uninvited guest on top of their already tense dynamic, KJ and Dan begin to worry that this unsavory third wheel may threaten more than just their relationship…
