An agnostic sex podcaster and a newly single rabbi fall in love; to find out if their relationship can survive their wildly different lives and interfering families. The name was originally ‘Shiksa’ which is also the last word spoken in the first episode. Adam Brody and Kristen Bell have incredible chemistry on screen. I really enjoyed this show. – It was so much more than I expected. It was easy to watch, relatable, very funny and charming throughout the 10 episodes. I do wish the episodes were a bit longer though – they avoided about 26-30 minutes per episode, but it also made it a very easy watch. I ate the whole thing in one sitting last night. I look forward to Netflix confirming the new season. If it doesn’t get another one, I’ll be upset. It was a bit on the cliff so I need more. I’m already starting the second viewing of the series.
