I was reluctant to watch this due to the lack of common sense in most of today’s TV shows
When maple syrup farmer Ruth Landry has her livelihood attacked by greedy competitors who were once her friends, she hatches a plan to get revenge and shake up the industry. Loosely based on the 2011-2012 theft of $18 million worth of maple syrup from a warehouse in Quebec; five people were sentenced to prison.
But I’m glad I tried
These are 30 minute episodes that are silly, cheesy, funny, dramatic, and engaging. Likeable characters and light entertainment.
I’ve watched all 6 episodes and am looking forward to season 2
A few interesting things for a nice end to the series. I recommend watching this and it’s the perfect length that fits perfectly into a half hour show.
The French soundtrack is also catchy
Any longer and it would be a drag. I’ll look it up on YouTube music.
